sometimes, when i'm trying to live in the present and let the past gone and deal with the future when it come, i've been sorrounded by the people that stucked with their past and dragged me into it. can't just ignore them because these a people that very significant to me. so how???
First, you yourself have to be focused and move on. Then you be an example for them. Most of us are stuck in the past...me also included but it is really up to us to do something about it.
